Performance Video Editor – Paid Ads Creatives (Remote)

Full Job Description

We’re a high-performance marketing agency looking for fast, creative, and reliable video editors to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for producing 8–10 ad creative variations per day for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads.

We're looking specifically for editors based in Venezuela, Argentina, or Colombia who understand trends, scroll-stopping hooks, and performance-focused editing.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver 8–10 video ad variations per day
• Implement fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits with strong hooks
• Adapt creatives for multiple platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, YT)
• Collaborate with our strategist and creative team for feedback
• Use existing assets (stock, UGC, testimonials, voiceovers) to produce winning creatives

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with short-form video editing for ads
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
• Fast turnaround time and ability to hit daily deadlines
• Eye for pacing, sound design, and viral trends
• Portfolio of past paid ad work required
• Must be based in Venezuela, Argentina, or Colombia
