PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO REAL ESTATE AGENT
/// ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate agent in both business and personal matters. This role goes beyond answering calls — the assistant will play a key part in helping manage the agent’s schedule, communications, and daily priorities while also interfacing with clients, vendors, and business partners as needed.

/// QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent phone presence and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks independently. Tech-savvy with email, scheduling tools, and communication platforms. Reliable high-speed internet and availability for both calls and video meetings. Professional, discreet, and dependable.
