We are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant with Software Engineering Experience to help build and manage a new business brand called Cancun Life Tours.

This person will work directly with management to help build the business from the ground up. Cancun Life Tours will focus on tourism services in Cancun, including yacht rentals, vehicle rentals, house rentals, Airbnb-style rentals, property listings, and vacation experiences for tourists.

The ideal candidate must be able to support both business operations and technical setup. Responsibilities include helping build the website, setting up Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects, organizing workflows, creating SOPs, managing social media platforms, researching competitors, creating listings, and helping develop systems for leads, bookings, rentals, follow-ups, and customer communication.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and reliable. This role is not just a basic assistant position. We need someone who can help create structure, build systems, solve problems, and support the growth of the company.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assist with building Cancun Life Tours from the ground up.
  • Help create and manage the company website.
  • Set up Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, and related tools.
  • Create workflows for leads, bookings, rentals, and follow-ups.
  • Help manage social media platforms and online listings.
  • Organize yacht, vehicle, house rental, Airbnb, and property sale listings.
  • Create SOPs, checklists, guides, and internal processes.
  • Assist with automation, forms, CRM pipelines, and project tracking.
  • Research Cancun tourism, rentals, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly with management and provide task updates.

The right candidate should be comfortable working independently, learning quickly, and helping turn business ideas into organized systems and real operations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist management in building Cancun Life Tours from the ground up.
  • Help create, update, and manage the company website.
  • Set up and organize Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, and other business tools.
  • Build workflows for leads, bookings, rentals, customer follow-ups, and daily operations.
  • Help create systems for yacht rentals, vehicle rentals, house rentals, Airbnb-style rentals, property sales, and tourist services.
  • Manage and organize online listings for properties, rentals, vehicles, yachts, and vacation services.
  • Assist with social media setup and management for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other channels.
  • Create SOPs, checklists, guides, and internal processes for the business.
  • Help research Cancun tourism services, competitors, rental pricing, and business opportunities.
  • Support automation, CRM pipelines, forms, website updates, and project tracking.
  • Organize documents, tasks, schedules, contacts, and business information.
  • Provide regular updates to management on completed tasks, pending items, and next steps.
  • Help improve systems, suggest solutions, and keep business operations organized.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Operations Assistant, Web Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience helping build or organize a business, website, online platform, or internal business system.
  • Strong technical knowledge with websites, CRM systems, automations, forms, and project management tools.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, Zoho Books, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to create workflows for leads, bookings, rentals, customer follow-ups, and business operations.
  • Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of software engineering, APIs, integrations, databases, and automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to create SOPs, checklists, guides, and process documentation.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, online listings, or digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong research skills, especially for tourism, rentals, real estate, competitors, and online business opportunities.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Spanish communication skills are a plus.
  • Tourism, hospitality, real estate, Airbnb, yacht rental, or vehicle rental experience is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable learning new tools and helping build systems from scratch.
