We are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant with Software Engineering Experience to help build and manage a new business brand called Cancun Life Tours.
This person will work directly with management to help build the business from the ground up. Cancun Life Tours will focus on tourism services in Cancun, including yacht rentals, vehicle rentals, house rentals, Airbnb-style rentals, property listings, and vacation experiences for tourists.
The ideal candidate must be able to support both business operations and technical setup. Responsibilities include helping build the website, setting up Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects, organizing workflows, creating SOPs, managing social media platforms, researching competitors, creating listings, and helping develop systems for leads, bookings, rentals, follow-ups, and customer communication.
We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and reliable. This role is not just a basic assistant position. We need someone who can help create structure, build systems, solve problems, and support the growth of the company.
