Full Job Description

Allbee Law Firm, a Dallas, Texas-based personal injury law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager or Paralegal to join our team virtually. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting clients and the legal team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining accurate records in the case management system (Filevine).
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and answer questions.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and settlement demands under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with medical providers to obtain and organize medical records and bills.
• Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed promptly.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a case manager, paralegal, or legal assistant in personal injury law preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management software (Filevine preferred, but not required).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours (Central Time).
