Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to support our legal team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and understands the urgency that comes with personal injury cases. Candidates must have at least two years of hands-on experience working on personal injury cases, including managing files from intake through settlement or litigation support.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable managing multiple files at once. You will play a critical role in moving cases forward and helping our attorneys stay focused on strategy and results.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation support
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information and documentation• Order and organize medical records, bills, and supporting evidence
  •  Draft demand packages and assist in preparing settlement documentation
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files within the case management system
  • Track deadlines and ensure the timely completion of case tasks
  • Assist attorneys with litigation preparation, including drafting basic pleadings and discovery responses when needed
  • Proactively identify issues in cases and recommend next steps to keep files moving forward 


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience handling personal injury cases
  • Experience managing cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation support
  • Strong understanding of medical records, billing documentation, and demand preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines without constant supervision
  • Proficient with case management software and standard office tools
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
  • Advanced English proficiency required
