As a Personal Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

- **Client Onboarding:**

 - Guide new clients through the onboarding process.

 - Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

 - Provide training and support to new clients on how to utilize our services effectively.

- **Communication:**

 - Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

 - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.

- **Issue Resolution:**

 - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

 - Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.

- **Reporting:**

 - Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction, service usage, and other relevant metrics.

 - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for service enhancements.

- **Collaboration:**

 - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

 - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client relationship strategies.

Job Requirements
