About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated, confident phone sales

professional to join our growing home services team. This role is 100%

phone-based and focused on outbound calling, lead follow-up, and

appointment setting for residential customers in the U.S.If you’re comfortable on the phone, enjoy sales

conversations, and know how to handle objections professionally — this role is

for you.

Familiarity

with CRM or scheduling systems

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound
• calls to warm and cold leads
• Follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
• Qualify customers and schedule appointments
• Overcome objections and explain service value clearly
• Update call notes and outcomes in our system
• Hit daily call and booking goals

Job Requirements

• Previous phone sales / telemarketing experience (required)
• Strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
• Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals
• Experience with U.S. customers is a big plus
