As we move the company onto new platforms, people will have questions, hit snags, and need patient, reassuring help. That's you.
This is a hands-on role modeled on the support work that's already proven invaluable at LoanBud. You'll be shown how things work, then trusted to go deeper than you were taught and become the person others come to. Great support isn't about years of experience — it's about the initiative, drive, and communication skills to make users feel looked after.
