We are now seeking a motivated outreach specialist to expand Rod’s presence on major podcasts and arrange collaborations with other industry leaders.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Podcast Outreach Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to handle outreach via email, text, and phone calls. This role will focus on booking Rod Khleif as a guest on high-profile podcasts and coordinating podcast swap opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable with communication across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify major podcasts and thought leaders in real estate, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
• Conduct outreach via email, text, and phone to podcast hosts, producers, and managers.
• Pitch Rod Khleif as a guest and highlight his expertise and audience reach.
• Arrange podcast swap opportunities and maintain a pipeline of upcoming appearances.
• Track outreach activity, responses, and scheduled bookings in the CRM.
• Prepare and send confirmations, bios, and media materials to hosts.
• Follow up with podcast hosts after interviews to maintain strong relationships.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outreach, booking, PR, or podcast coordination (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident making live phone calls to U.S.-based professionals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and email/text communication platforms.
• Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work environment.

• Successful scheduling of high-quality podcast guest spots and swaps.
