Portuguese Marketplace Listing Assistant / Listing Execution SpecialistBrazilian Portuguese | Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu

We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Marketplace Listing Assistant to help execute product listing updates and improvements across Brazilian marketplaces.This is a hands-on execution role. The person does not need to create the full marketplace strategy alone. We will work with a marketplace consultant who will guide the listing strategy, but we need someone who can apply the strategy, update listing sheets, prepare product-page content, and help move listings forward every day.The immediate priority is to improve, organize, and prepare listings for Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Magalu.

Main Goal of the Role

To help us prepare, update, and improve marketplace listings quickly and accurately, especially for Mercado Livre.The person will help turn product information, SKU details, consultant guidance, and existing listing templates into complete product-page sheets that can be reviewed, approved, and entered into the marketplaces.

 What You’ll Do

1. Product Page Sheet / Listing Script Preparation

Create or update product page sheets for each SKU or product family.

Use existing listing scripts/templates where available, but adjust them when needed based on consultant guidance or marketplace requirements.

Prepare marketplace-ready titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, product details, and customer-facing content in Brazilian Portuguese.

Make sure the product page sheet is complete before creating or updating the listing.

Organize product information clearly so the team can review and approve faster.

Flag missing product details, unclear specifications, or content gaps before publishing.

2. Marketplace Listing Execution

Update product listings on Mercado Livre, Amazon Brazil, Magalu, and other marketplaces as needed.

Input listing information from Google Sheets, SKU files, supplier files, internal templates, or product page sheets.

Apply approved changes to titles, descriptions, attributes, product details, and required listing fields.

Make sure listing information is complete, accurate, and properly entered.

Help prepare listings before products arrive in Brazil, so pages are ready when inventory becomes available.

3. Brazilian Portuguese Listing Review

Review product titles and descriptions in natural Brazilian Portuguese.

Fix grammar, wording, and phrasing so listings sound professional and native to Brazilian customers.

Improve unclear or awkward translations.

Make sure the product content is easy to understand and suitable for marketplace buyers.

Suggest stronger wording when the listing does not clearly explain the product value.

4. Image & Content Support

Review whether product images match the listing content.

Flag images that need translation, correction, or improvement.

Identify missing images, unclear visuals, or product content gaps.

Suggest image content needed for better conversion, such as dimensions, feature callouts, usage examples, comparison images, or how-to visuals.

Support future listing improvements, such as how-to content or promotional product clips when needed.

How You’ll Work

You will work with the company team and may receive instructions from the founders, operations support, or a marketplace consultant.You may work from:

Google Sheets

SKU master files

Product page sheets

Supplier information

Existing marketplace listings

Internal listing templates/scripts

ERP/product records

Images or product content folders

Consultant recommendations

Your role is to execute the listing work carefully, consistently, and with strong attention to detail.Requirements

Fluent or native Brazilian Portuguese.

Good understanding of English is a plus, but not required.

Experience with Mercado Livre listings is strongly preferred.

Experience with ecommerce product listings, marketplace SEO, or catalog management.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to write natural, professional, customer-friendly Portuguese.

Able to identify weak, incomplete, or poorly translated listing content.

Able to create or update product page sheets/listing scripts. 

Strong Plus

Experience with Amazon Brazil, Magalu, or other Brazilian marketplaces..

Experience with ecommerce agencies, marketplace ads, or listing optimization.

Experience using AI tools for ecommerce listings.

Understanding of Brazilian ecommerce customer behavior.

Important

This is not just a proofreading role.We need someone who can help with the actual listing execution: preparing product page sheets, updating scripts/templates, entering information, improving Brazilian Portuguese wording, checking product details, and helping the team move faster.The listing strategy may be provided by the team or consultant, but this person must be able to turn that strategy into clear listing sheets and marketplace-ready product pages.
