Pricing Agent – Land Investment Company

Full Job Description

We’re a land investment company specializing in acquiring and selling vacant land across the U.S.. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Agent to join our team. This person will play a key role in researching market data, finding comparable sales (comps), and determining accurate property pricing to guide our acquisition decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Research recent land sales and listings across specific counties and zip codes.
• Analyze comparable properties to determine accurate market value.
• Identify trends in price per acre, demand, and market activity.
• Provide detailed pricing reports and valuation summaries for each property.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential deals.
• Maintain up-to-date data in our internal systems (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM).
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding pricing justifications and insights.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis, preferably in land valuation or real estate research.
• Familiarity with tools like Land.com, Zillow, Redfin, LandVision, LandGrid, or LandInsight.
• Solid understanding of vacant land market trends (acreage, zoning, access, restrictions, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in data research.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good written communication skills in English and Spanish.
