Full Job Description
Production Designer
We are an AI-forward digital marketing agency supporting client businesses to become the voice of authority in their respective industries of expertise. Alongside that we run the full marketing stack for them: paid and programmatic advertising, websites, content, and social.
Our clients are B2B; we do not work with consumer brands. It's clear, credible, well-built design that makes a serious business look like the authority in its market.
You'll work directly with our Creative Director, who sets brand direction for the clients. You'll produce the work for social content, ad adaptations, website graphics, print materials, and podcast thumbnails.
What you'll do
- Social media. Create posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn across multiple client brands: quote cards, stat and data cards, service explainers, project and team photography, and campaign posts
- Digital ads. Resize campaigns across placements, formats, and aspect ratios
- Website graphics. Produce and prep imagery and graphics for client sites
- Print. Production-ready files for [one-pagers, sell sheets, trade show materials, etc.]
- Photo work. Retouching, cutouts, compositing, and color correction in Photoshop
- AI imagery. Generate, extend, and enhance images. Source and prep stock where generation isn't the right call
- Podcast thumbnails. Episode graphics with client podcasts
- InDesign updates. Open existing publications and update copy, images, and pagination without breaking the document
- Turn revisions from internal and client feedback quickly and accurately
- Juggle multiple clients and deadlines at once
Minimum requirements
- 2+ years of production design work and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- AI image tools. Hands-on experience generating and enhancing images, and the judgment to recognize when the output isn't usable
- Canva. Fluent across the full features of the platform
- InDesign. Able to update an existing document correctly without breaking styles, links, or pagination
- Demonstrated experience resizing and adapting campaigns across multiple platforms and formats
- Solid command of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy. Enough to make good calls when a layout doesn't translate directly to a new ad size
- Ability to prepare correct production files for print and digital
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
- Reliable internet and a computer to handle large files
Nice to have
- Illustrator
- Experience prepping assets for WordPress / Elementor
