JABA, an innovative app created by Jaster Athlete, leverages AI to help athletes manage their social media campaigns and build their personal brands. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects within tech companies and a passion for using technology to empower athletes.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the JABA app, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, data scientists, and marketing personnel, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Use project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably within tech companies.
• Experienced in using Notion for project management and documentation.
• Familiarity with Slack for team communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in Google Workspace for document sharing and collaboration.
• Skilled in timeline planning and project scheduling.
• Familiar with the language and processes involved in app development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
