Full Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER — REMOTE (LATIN AMERICA) YOLO TV is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to support operations across multiple departments. This role is critical to keeping projects on track, documentation accurate, and communication flowing smoothly between internal team members, vendors, and stakeholders.The ideal candidate is fluent in spoken and written English, comfortable working with U.S.-based teams, and experienced (or willing to quickly learn) tools like Go High Level, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk.This is a long-term, full-time remote position, open to candidates based in Latin America.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update project management software and task boards daily
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across departments
• Communicate proactively with internal project managers and team leads
• Track project progress and flag risks or delays early
• Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and status updates
• Support cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, and operations
• Organize workflows within Go High Level, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk
• Ensure follow-ups, tasks, and tickets are assigned and completed
• Prepare weekly status summaries and reports for leadership
• Assist with process improvements and SOP updates

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with CRM or project management software
• Preferred: Go High Level, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working with U.S. time zones
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
