We are looking for a long term and full time Digital Marketing Project Manager, who can oversee, manage, and optimize our marketing campaigns, funnels, automations, and internal processes. This role requires someone who understands the full digital marketing ecosystem from ads to automations to customer service and can coordinate a team to deliver high-quality results consistently.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution - Plan, manage, and oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources for all marketing projects. Break down campaigns and funnels into tasks; assign and monitor team responsibilities. Keep projects organized and ensure deadlines are consistently met; Marketing Strategy & Campaign Oversight - Support the development of marketing strategies across social media, funnels, ads, email, and automation. Coordinate between creatives, media buyers, customer service, and leadership; Go High Level (GHL) & Automation Management - Build and manage workflows, funnels, pipelines, triggers, and automations inside Go High Level. Set up email sequences, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and CRM organization. Ensure systems integrate properly and run smoothly; Funnel Building & Optimization - Oversee funnel builds (landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, thank-you flows). Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and performance monitoring. Ensure funnel tracking, pixel setup, and user flow work effectively; Paid Ads & Social Media Coordination - Coordinate ad creatives with media buyers. Oversee social media content calendars, ensure posting consistency and alignment with brand voice; Quality Assurance (QA) - Perform QA on all marketing assets before launch (emails, automations, funnels, ads, etc.). Ensure all campaigns follow consistent standards and proper process documentation. Maintain accuracy of reporting, tracking, and attribution; Client Communication & Customer Service - Serve as the point of contact for clients. Handle onboarding, communicate expectations, and provide weekly updates. Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations for improvements; SOPs, Organization & Process Management - Document workflows, checklists, and SOPs. Maintain an organized system for tracking tasks, assets, results, and deliverables.Improve operations and streamline processes for efficiency.
