Full Job Description

At Vistoura Visuals, we deliver a “done for you” photography and videography capture service for customers across all 50 U.S. states. We help real estate professionals, construction companies, and marketing teams turn their projects into compelling visual content—covering everything from drone and ground photography to virtual tours and advanced editing services. In this role, we’re focused on coordinating each photography/drone project ensuring management of the project, uploads, pilot/photographer, and editor. 

What we're looking for

• Fluent/Native English, written and spoken — this role is client-facing (C1 or C2 certified preferred)
• Proven project coordination or project management experience (remote experience a plus)Sharp organizational skills and real initiative — you chase down loose ends without being asked
• A clear, calm communicator who's comfortable juggling several moving jobs at once
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote setup
• Tech savvy and is able to handle to handle context switching and cross-functional team communication

Bonus

• Familiarity with Dropbox is a big plus
• Familiarity with photography, editors, drones, or marketplace/operations work

The details

• Location: Fully remote
• Schedule: Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time. Monday–Friday — weekends off. 
• Hours: [20-30 hours a week] · [Our company is in CST timezone, you’ll need to align with our working hours]

Job Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Manage drone projects start to finish, from job posting to final deliverable
• Coordinate shoots and their schedules between our company and the drone pilots/photographers & videographers
• Post job via our personalized website, and invite pilots/photographers to bid on the job
• Brief pilots on job requirements and confirm deliverables
• Communicate with supervisors: status updates, expectation-setting, and problem-solving when plans shift
• Track project status, deadlines, and follow ups so nothing slips through the cracks
• Keep internal tools and records up to date
• Run quality control checks on uploaded footage/photos
• Coordinating each photography/drone project ensuring management of the project, uploads, pilot/photographer, and editor
