Full Job Description

Cleveland Holding Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our property rehab projects. We’re looking for someone punctual, responsive, proactive, and committed to a long-term role with growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily check-ins with contractors on job sites

Keep project files updated to track progress and status

Use and manage construction project management software (tech-savvy)

Make and receive calls as needed

Participate in regular video team meetings (camera required)

Stay organized, manage multiple tasks, follow systems, and remain accountable

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Strong understanding of project systems, workflows, and job management

Proactive in making calls and taking notes

Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Willing to learn the construction industry

Highly reliable with a commitment to long-term work
