Project Manager | Legal SAAS

Full Job Description

We’re building an innovative legal SaaS platform in partnership with an established law firm. Our mission is to simplify and automate case management workflows for attorneys and staff through intuitive, data-driven software. We’ve launched our MVP and are now seeking a Project Manager to help bridge the gap between our users, developers, and leadership team as we refine and scale the product.

As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day coordination between the client law firm and our development team. You’ll gather feedback directly from users, translate it into actionable feature requests, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery from developers. You’ll also perform light QA to confirm that new features meet requirements and align with our product vision.This is a hands-on, fast-moving role that requires strong communication, organizational, and technical coordination skills. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between the legal team, engineering, and product strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the law firm (end users) and the development team
• Collect, organize, and prioritize user feedback from the MVP (Minimum Valuable Product) deployment
• Define and communicate feature requirements, timelines, and scope clearly
• Manage and coordinate developer tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and accountability
• Conduct light QA to verify feature quality and functionality before release
• Track product progress, maintain documentation, and manage tickets or sprint boards
• Communicate status updates, blockers, and next steps promptly to all stakeholders
• Ensure a timely response rate to user and team requests during 9 am - 5 pm American/NewYork (EST)

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with tools like Airtable for project tracking
• Ability to translate non-technical user feedback into actionable technical tasks
• Able to work during Eastern business hours

Bonus Experience

• Background in legal, insurance, or medical software
• Familiarity with automation tools, API integrations, or low-code systems
• Experience in startup or MVP environments
