Project/Account Manager

Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account & Project Manager to lead our creative video workflows and manage vital communications. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring that high-impact video  and design projects are delivered seamlessly from concept to final cut.

Note: While prior experience in agency or video workflows is a plus, it is not strictly required. We are  willing to train the right candidate who possesses the right communication skills and  eagerness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Video Production Leadership: Oversee and drive the end-to-end workflow for all video creation projects.
• Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Project Coordination: Expertly manage timelines, deliverables, and creative initiatives to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Relationship Management: Build trust based relationships to deeply understand client goals and successfully translate them into creative assets.

Job Requirements

•  Extreme high fluency or native English. 
• Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
• Reliable high speed internet.
