Property Management Support Specialist

Join a leading property management company specializing in large multi-family buildings across the US. As a Property Management Support Specialist, you'll be the front line for tenant communication, ensuring effective resolution of their issues and maintaining high standards of service.

What You'll Do:

  • Address tenant issues through calls and chat, providing prompt and empathetic responses.
  • Accurately log tenant issues and work orders into our company system.
  • Liaise with the onsite management team to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and schedule apartment walkthroughs for prospective and current tenants.

Who You'll Work With:

You will be a vital part of our tenant support team, collaborating closely with onsite management and other internal departments. Your role will focus on enhancing tenant satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong abilities in both phone and chat support.
  • Detail-Oriented: Adept at handling multiple tasks and entering data accurately.
  • Experience: Experience in support roles via phone and chat is required.

  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
