Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to support a growing commercial real estate acquisition firm.  

We are looking for someone who is:

·                     Process-oriented and highly organized, tech savvy

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused

Job Responsibilities

·                     Perform fullcycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Generate financial reports and maintain accurate books
• Communicate professionally with investors and respond to requests
• Help monitor bookkeeping timelines and internal task progress
• Identify opportunities to improve client bookkeeping processes

Job Requirements

·                5+ years QuickBooks Online experience

• Experience managing AR, AP, reconciliations, and invoicing with QBO
• Experience working with multiple companies
• Strong written and verbal English communication
