QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper & Client Support Specialist

Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to support a growing bookkeeping firm serving multiple small business clients. The role includes hands-on bookkeeping, client communication, workflow coordination, and occasional support during client onboarding.

We are looking for someone who is:

Job Responsibilities

• Perform fullcycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Generate financial reports and maintain accurate books
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to requests
• Support client onboarding and workflow coordination
• Help monitor bookkeeping timelines and internal task progress
• Identify opportunities to improve client bookkeeping processes

Job Requirements

• 5+ years QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience managing AR, AP, reconciliations, and invoicing with QBO
• Comfortable using BILL.com, DoubleHQ, Google Workspace, Airtable
• Experience working with multiple clients
• Strong written and verbal English communication
