We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, customer service, and calling. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of the real estate industry to provide effective support.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication in all interactions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Use CRM software, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and documentation.
  • Task Management: Organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and reporting.
  • Independent Work: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings using IT tools efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain daily reports to track progress and activities.
  • Mail Management: Review and prioritize incoming mail, taking appropriate actions as needed.
  • Professional English: Exhibit professional-level English in both written and verbal communication.
  • Technology Requirements: Must have a computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).

Job Requirements

Real Estate Industry Knowledge – Prior experience or familiarity with real estate operations.

Strong Communication Skills – Professional verbal and written communication in English.

CRM & Software Proficiency – Experience with CRM software, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Task & Time Management – Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in reporting and administrative tasks.

Independent & Team Work – Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Phone Handling Skills – Experience in answering and directing calls professionally.

Appointment Scheduling – Proficiency in scheduling meetings using IT tools.

Administrative Skills – Strong background in administrative support.

Reporting & Documentation – Ability to create and maintain daily reports.

Mail Management – Experience in reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to mail.

Fluent English – Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English.

Technical Requirements – A computer or laptop with at least 25 Mbps internet speed.

Video Editing – Skills in basic to intermediate video editing.

Social Media Management – Experience managing social media platforms.
