We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, and secure investment-grade properties that align with our strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for closing deals. This role is essential to the successful expansion of our real estate assets.

• Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
• NO working for another company at the same time.
• NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.
• We terminate immediately due to these violations.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments that require off-site management.

Job Responsibilities

• Property Sourcing & Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for potential acquisition opportunities using various methods, including cold calling, networking with brokers and agents, direct mail, and analyzing off-market leads.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead all negotiation efforts with sellers, property owners, and representatives to secure favorable purchase terms and execute Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Purchase and Sale Agreements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, rapport-based relationships with sellers, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure a continuous pipeline of deals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and deal statuses in the company's CRM system.

Job Requirements

• Proven track record (minimum of 2-3 years preferred) in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field requiring high-volume negotiations.
• Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and telephone skills. Must be highly persuasive and goal-oriented.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Characteristics: Must be highly self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
