We’re looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist with strong sales experience to work directly with Realtors and motivated sellers in the Florida market.This is a 100% remote, phone-based role focused on prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing real estate opportunities. Ideal for confident closers who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Prospect and qualify motivated sellers through outbound calls, texts, and timely follow-ups
Conduct discovery calls to understand seller needs and build rapport
Work directly with Realtors and property owners to evaluate acquisition opportunities
Present compelling fair cash offers based on market analysis and seller goals
Negotiate and close deals virtually or coordinate appointments with the closing team
Accurately log all interactions, notes, and deal progress in the CRM
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline
Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates and overall performance
Advanced English required (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales or acquisitions experience (phone-based preferred)
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently
Experience communicating with Realtors and motivated sellers
Strong organization and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple leads
Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Reliable high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet home workspace
Basic understanding of real estate deal structures and property valuation (a plus)
