Job Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify motivated sellers via outbound calls, texts, and timely follow-ups.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify seller needs and build rapport.
• Present compelling fair-cash offers based on seller goals and market evaluation.
• Negotiate and close deals virtually or coordinate in-person appointments for our closers.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve conversion performance.

Job Requirements

• Must speak Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Must submit a voice or video recording (self-introduction or sales call)
• Minimum 1 years of real estate sales or acquisitions experience (phone-based)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; confident closer with a solutions-first attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple leads at once
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet home workspace
• Basic understanding of real estate deal structures and property valuation is a plus
