As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to property owners, gauge their interest in selling, and gather important property information. You will also follow up with leads in our CRM system, ensuring ongoing engagement and maintaining positive relationships with prospective sellers. This role involves high call volumes, data entry, and effective communication to qualify leads.
· Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, texts, or emails to understand their situation and obtain information about the subject property.
· High degree of professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential information.
· Works well with a team but is also a dynamic self-starter, who takes ownership of given task/s and completes it in a timely fashion.
· Establish and build rapport with clients through active listening.
· Organize the CRM system and keep all follow-up tasks up to date.
· Continuous and rigorous follow-up with calls, texts, and emails that have come in as a lead but have not yet been contacted.
· On-going sales and service training.
- 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and relationship building.
