RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects in the real estate market.
2. Engage prospects in conversations to qualify their interest and determine their real estate needs.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead information in the company database.
4. Follow up with existing leads in the system to check if they are open to selling their homes.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluent in English with minimal accent, capable of clear and effective communication.
2. Minimum 6-month experience in Real Estate Sales.
3. Must be able to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
4. Must be able to call 2-3+ hours talk time and send out 40-70 texts a day
5. Familiarity with U.S culture preferred.
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
9. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus but not required.
