Acquisitions Agent – Real Estate Investment CompanyJob DescriptionRole OverviewThe Acquisitions Agent is responsible for generating off-market real estate opportunities by proactively contacting realtors, homeowners, and property sellers. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying motivated sellers, evaluating lead quality, and setting appointments for the acquisitions team. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in sourcing profitable investment opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to realtors, homeowners, landlords, and property sellers.
Introduce the company, build rapport, and explain the benefits of selling to an investor.
Qualify leads by identifying motivation, property condition, timeline, and price expectations.
Use skip-tracing tools to locate updated seller or realtor contact information when needed.
Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Identify distressed, off-market, or under-valued properties that fit the company’s acquisition criteria.
Coordinate with realtors regarding pocket listings, upcoming listings, and potential off-market deals.
Set appointments and hand off qualified opportunities to the senior acquisitions team.
Track all communication, lead notes, seller conversations, and deal progress inside the CRM.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain long-term relationships with active realtors to source repeat deal flow.
Follow up consistently with warm leads, nurturing them through the decision-making process.
Send updates, property information, and company material to realtors and sellers as needed.
Communication & CRM Management
Maintain accurate, organized, and detailed records of all calls, leads, and seller information.
Monitor and respond to inbound calls, texts, and email inquiries in a timely manner.
Utilize CRM tools to stay on top of follow-ups, tasks, and pipeline workflow.
Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs such as outbound calls, contact rate, and qualified leads generated.
Provide status updates and report daily performance to the acquisitions manager.
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate acquisitions, cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to overcome objections.
Familiarity with real estate terms, seller motivation, and investment strategies is a plus.
Organized and disciplined with CRM usage and tracking communication.
Ability to work Monday–Friday during 9 AM – 6 PM PST schedule.
Compensation
$5.00/hr base pay
Performance-based bonuses (based on qualified leads, appointments, or closed deals)

Maintain consistent follow-ups and meet weekly performance KPIs.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
Experience in real estate, cold calling, sales, or lead generation (preferred)
Ability to handle objections and stay motivated under pressure
Understanding of real estate terms, seller motivation, and investment basics (a plus)
Highly organized with strong CRM and data-entry discipline
Reliable, self-driven, and consistent with follow-ups
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST
