Full Job Description

We are a Real Estate Investment company focused on buying single and multi family properties in the United States.

Hours are 11:30am-7:30pm EST or 12pm-8pm EST

Salary starts at $1200 per month + Commission. Salary can be up to $2000+ depending on level of experience. Some will make more money off commission within the first week of every month. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and text property owners
• Follow up with leads
• Ability to follow work flows
• Analyze data and identify properties that will fit the portfolio
• Develop strong negotiation skills
• Create and maintain business relationships with people in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry
