Responsibilities
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
,
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
,
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
,
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
,
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
,
• Contact a high number of warm leads on a daily basis
,
• Nurture and convert those leads into signed contracts
,
• Get signed contracts over the phone
,
• Structure offers that fit into our business model
,
• Close real estate transactions
,
• Provide feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process
Requirements
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
,
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
,
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
,
• Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
,
• Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required)
,
• Lead Management: 3 years (Preferred)
