Local Investor is a Real Estate Investment Company based in Great Neck, NY focused primarily in single and multi family properties in and out of New York State. We are seeking a Full Time Acquisitions Analyst to join our team.We are a fast paced, high performance company aggressively acquiring real estate all over the United States. This is a full-time role where you will source and underwrite deals. Local Investor's resources will allow you to leverage data and identify the right properties that we can add to the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Ability to follow work flows, Analyze data and identify properties that will fit the Local portfolio, Underwrite investment properties, Estimate construction, closing and all other costs associated with certain transactions, Develop strong negotiation skills, Create and maintain business relationships with people in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.
