This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and interested in real estate investment.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch real estate deals with a focus on creative finance and Subject-To opportunities (residential & commercial).Identify potential business opportunities, title companies, brokers, investors, and strategic partners.Conduct market research and organize company data.Make outbound calls and respond to property or business inquiries.Manage and utilize real estate tools and apps for deal sourcing.Book and coordinate real estate meetups, investor events, and networking venues.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and project managers.Assist IBS (sister company) with administrative tasks as needed.Contribute ideas and solutions to help improve systems and add value to the company.QualificationsStrong organizational and research skills.Excellent phone and communication etiquette.Familiarity with real estate and/or creative finance preferred.Independent, reliable, and proactive work ethic.Comfortable using online apps, CRMs, and digital platforms.ExpectationsBe consistently present and available during assigned hours.Deliver tasks on time with professionalism.Communicate effectively with the team and CEO.Work independently and collaborate as needed.
