Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team in handling various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the real estate office and providing exceptional support to the team.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare and update real estate-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
  1. Client Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings for real estate agents.
  1. Transaction Coordination:
  • Support the transaction process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials for property listings.
  1. Database Management:
  • Maintain and update databases, including client information, property listings, and transaction details.
  • Generate and distribute reports as required.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and comparable sales.
  • Assist in preparing market analysis reports for clients.
  1. Social Media and Marketing:
  • Assist with social media updates and marketing efforts to promote property listings and the overall brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.


Job Requirements

  • roven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with real estate databases and CRM systems is an advantage.
