Real Estate Analyst

Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly resourceful Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a critical thinker, and comfortable working independently with minimal instruction. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in real estate data. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze land/property data from various sources
• Accurately estimate property values based on comparables (comps), market trends, and relevant data
• Pull relevant property documents such as deeds, tax records, zoning info, etc.
• Gather pricing data and run detailed reports
• Present findings clearly and concisely
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Continuously look for ways to improve data collection and analysis processes

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in real estate, land analysis, or data research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
• Familiarity with property records, zoning, tax assessments, and title documents
• Experience with CRMs, preferably Pipedrive
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to EST work hours
