Real Estate Appointment Setter (Cold Calling | High Commission | English + Spanish Preferred)

Full Job Description

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to help us connect with homeowners and set qualified appointments.This is a performance-driven role where your ability to communicate, stay consistent, and handle objections will directly impact your income.You will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners, identifying their situation, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.This is NOT a customer service role. This is a sales-focused position requiring confidence, energy, and strong communication skills.We provide training, scripts, and systems. We are looking for someone who can execute daily and improve quickly.

Compensation includes:

• Monthly base salary
• $50 per qualified appointment that shows
• 0.5% commission on closed deals
• Top performers can earn significantly more based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound calls per day using our system
• Speak with homeowners and identify their situation
• Follow a simple script and adapt naturally
• Set qualified appointments for the acquisitions team
• Update CRM notes after each call
• Confirm appointments to ensure show rate

Job Requirements

• Previous cold calling or sales experience required
• Strong English communication (Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Reliable internet and quiet working environment
• Ability to work full-time (40+ hours/week)
• Coachable and willing to improve daily
