• Qualify leads by gathering key property and motivation details.
• Build rapport with homeowners and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on lead interactions.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal flow.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling for real estate, sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Podio, CallTools, Mojo, etc.).
• Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejections.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Bonus: Real estate industry knowledge or wholesaling experience.
