We are a growing U.S.-based real estate business (Tampa Florida) looking for a dedicated Outbound Cold Caller to join our team immediately. This role focuses exclusively on outbound dialing to fresh, motivated seller prospect lists provided weekly.You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls using either a single-line or multi-line dialer, engaging property owners professionally, qualifying conversations, and properly dispositioning every record. This role is critical to our lead generation engine and requires discipline, consistency, and strong communication skills.This is a long-term opportunity with a lower fixed starting rate and the ability to grow into performance bonuses and commissions over time. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company, not a short-term or temporary role.You will receive hands-on training, daily feedback, and clear performance expectations. Our company works with both motivated sellers (distressed/off-market) and retail sellers (traditional listings).
Make outbound calls daily using single-line or multi-line dialers
Dial approximately 250–300 calls per day (multi-line equivalent)
Connect with ~60 unique records per day
Deliver professional, friendly, and confident conversations
Accurately disposition every call in the CRM
Take clear and detailed notes from conversations
Follow provided scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Track daily KPIs (calls, contacts, conversations, leads)
Communicate daily results and feedback with management
Handle leads respectfully and ethically at all times
Excellent English communication skills (clear, neutral accent preferred)
Prior experience in outbound calling or cold calling (real estate preferred)
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Strong work ethic and consistency
Comfortable with high call volume environments
Ability to learn and use multiple platforms (dialers, CRM, tracking tools)
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
Interest in long-term growth within a real estate business
