Full Job Description

Looking to hire an experienced cold caller to help me with my land flipping business: Principal Acres. You will be reaching out to individuals inquiring if they would like to sell their land. The position will be full-time. MUST be available business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Ensuring individuals are being responded to at a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Previous Cold Calling experience (Real estate industry preferred)
• Great English
• Use of CRM software
• Tracking Sales progress
• Answering/Making phone calls
• Data entry/gathering
• Support
• Following created standard of procedures
