Real Estate Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable cold caller to help us connect with property owners interested in selling. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate cold calling, be familiar with the 4 pillars of lead mining, and know how to work with call tools. Strong communication skills in English are required.

What We Provide:

- Skip-traced call lists

- Dialer service (call tools)

- Scripts and training/coaching calls

- Ongoing support and feedback

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to property owners

- Communicate effectively and professionally in English

- Use provided scripts while adapting as needed

- Document and organize all lead information clearly

- Attend coaching calls and apply feedback

Compensation:

- Hourly rate or agreed fixed terms

- Bonus pay for qualified leads that turn into purchased properties
