Full Job Description

• Look for new cash buyers, flippers and landlords and contact them via phone call and text
• Organize buyers purchase criteria on CRM
• Send real estate deals to existing buyers
• Gather buyer feedback and offers on deals
• More room to grow with time and experience

Job Responsibilities

Be able to learn from 1 on 1 coaching by the company owner and perform tasks with minimum oversight once training is complete. Our goal is to consistently grow our buyer list and send them real estate deals that fit what they're looking for. Keep strong personal relationships with them as time goes on.

Job Requirements

-Fluent in English

-Must be organized and able to follow specific instructions to make best use of softwares

-Someone who can problem solve and go to length to find buyers names, phone numbers and contacting them

-Friendly but firm. Someone who can handle strong personalities and manage buyers egos to get deals to the finish line
