A successful real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate House/Land Acquisition Closer to join our sales team. Job Responsibilities

• Respond to all Seller leads as quickly as possible
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, site walks, and research
• Successfully execute the closing process by building rapport and overcoming any concerns the clients may have
• Manage leads through CRM use to update and to stay on top of your tasks until closing
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and exhibit a positive attitude
• Perform daily administrative duties- (the ability to multi-task is essential)
• Comfortable in a small, highly collaborative environment
• Comfortable using social media to market i.e. Facebook,
• Strong computer knowledge MS Office especially Word and Excel
• Must be persistent and organized with great follow-up skills.

Job Requirements

• +2 years of experience in Closing sales or acquisitions
• Exceptional communication skills, very strong phone skills; ability to get and close appointments over the phone (Fluent in English)
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the drive, passion, and dedication to exceed company targets and meet metrics
