Local Investor is a Real Estate Investment Company based in NY focused primarily in single and multi family properties in the united states. We are seeking a Full Time Sales Agent to join our team.

We are a fast paced, high performance company aggressively acquiring real estate all over the United States. This is a full-time role where you will source deals. Local Investor's resources will allow you to leverage data and identify the right properties that we can add to the portfolio.

• Call and text property owners
• Follow up with leads
• Ability to follow work flows
• Analyze data and identify properties that will fit the portfolio
• Develop strong negotiation skills
• Create and maintain business relationships with people in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm EST

Salary will range from $1000-$1500 depending on experience
