We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist whose primary goal is to identify interested homeowners and book appointments directly on Mark’s calendar.This role focuses on outbound dialing to motivated homeowner lists. When a lead shows interest or is ready to talk, your job is to engage them quickly and schedule an appointment for Mark.This is a front-end appointment-setting role, not a closing role.
Primary Objective (What Success Looks Like)
Identify homeowners interested in selling
Set qualified appointments for Mark
Move hot leads to a scheduled call or property visit as quickly as possible
Make outbound cold calls to homeowner lead lists
Build rapport and keep conversations natural and professional
Ask basic qualifying questions:
Are they interested in selling?
Timeline to sell
Occupancy
Identify hot and warm leads
Book appointments directly on Mark’s calendar when interest is present
Accurately disposition every call in the CRM
Follow scripts, SOPs, and call flows
Hit daily dial and appointment-setting KPIs
Fluent English speaker (clear communication required)
Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
Coachable and open to feedback
Strong work ethic and consistency
Prior real estate or appointment-setting experience preferred
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset
