The Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist - Cold Caller plays a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential vacant land sellers. As the first point of contact, you will assess the lead's interest in selling, gather property details, and ensure only well-qualified leads are passed on to our Acquisitions Manager. You will support a team of cold callers by maintaining organization, monitoring performance, and providing reports on weekly campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads by making outbound calls to vacant landowners, connecting with 200-300 contacts per day
- Qualify leads according to script guidelines and document important details in call notes
- Accurately disposition leads based on company standards
- Schedule follow-up calls as necessary
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Generate weekly performance reports to track key metrics
- Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong spoken English with minimal accent to communicate effectively with US-based clients
- High energy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Able to consistently work 8 hours a day between the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday–Friday
