Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic, growth-oriented team? JM Resolutions, a family-owned business specializing in Real Estate sales, is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our small but powerful 100% remote team.

About the Role:

As our Appointment Setter, you'll be at the forefront of our property-buying process. Your job is all about talking to people, making connections, scheduling calls to our closer and getting them to sign on the dotted line. We'll train you on everything you need to know, but negotiating experience is a huge plus. What's important is that you're great at chatting with people, have sharp attention to detail, and can stay organized.

Skills Needed:

  • Awesome at talking to people.
  • Sharp eye for detail.
  • Energetic and fun personality.
  • Good at solving problems.
  • Self-driven – you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder.

Daily KPI's:

  • 60-80 outbound calls/day
  • 8-12 real conversations/day
  • 4-6 appts/week handed to closer
  • CRM notes must be full story (not short)

Bonus and commission structure:

  • $50 bonus for every qualified appointment that becomes a signed contract
  • 1% of net profit for each closed deal that came from your lead (split if multiple callers helped)
  • $100 consistency bonus per month for meeting attendance and KPI goals (calls made, notes updated, CRM hygiene, etc.)

JM Resolutions is a Real Estate firm where we turn unused land/houses into someone's treasure. We reach out to owners and make deals that benefit everyone. Nico, our owner, started this business in 2023, and since then, we’ve become a tight-knit team of 5, working hard and having fun together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chat with potential sellers and build a connection
  • Handle calls, get contracts signed or schedule calls to our closer
  • Stay organized and keep track of your calls and contracts

Job Responsibilities

  • Sends intro SMS if call doesn’t connect
  • Gathers timeline, condition, pain points, motivation
  • Schedules appointments / warm handoffs to closer
  • Follow-up cadence until decision or “No”
