Full Job Description

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • ·Identifying and sourcing potential leads through various channels (e.g., email campaigns, facebook groups, propstream).
  •  Collecting and organizing lead information (e.g., contact details, property details, motivation to sell).
  •  Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria (e.g., property condition, seller motivation, equity).

Initial Contact and Relationship Building:

  • Making initial contact with leads through phone calls, emails, or text messages.
  • Build rapport with potential sellers and establish trust.
  • Gathering additional information about the property and the seller's situation.

Lead Nurturing and Follow-up:

Maintaining regular communication with leads through various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, text messages).

  • Providing relevant information and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Keeping leads engaged and interested in the wholesaling process.
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Coordinating with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition.

Data Tracking and Reporting:

  • Tracking and documenting lead to interactions and progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Generating reports on lead activity and conversion rates.

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Setup Playbooks in ClickUp Knowledgebase for each lead manager activity
  • Assisting with marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Providing feedback on lead generation strategies.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  • A successful lead manager is organized, persistent, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Their ability to effectively manage and nurture leads plays a significant role in the overall success of a real estate wholesaling business.


Job Responsibilities

  • Fluent in English with clear English-speaking skills without a foreign accent being detectable. 
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and tools.


Job Requirements

$5 per hour - $150 per closed purchase of home

10 hours per week for first 2 weeks

20 hours per week after first 2 weeks
