The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, great with numbers, experienced with the BRRRR Method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), understands basic construction pricing and workflow processes, evaluates auction properties, demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking, and is capable of performing in-depth research on programs such as Article 28 and Article 31, compiling step-by-step guides for licensing and approvals. The role requires strong follow-through to ensure all aspects of a project are completed from research to execution.
