• Inspect properties and gather necessary information, via photos and videos.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, appraisers, and other stakeholders to gather data and insights.
• Stay current with market trends, property laws, and appraisal techniques to ensure accurate evaluations.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations based on evaluation findings.
