Real Estate property manager for short-term (Airbnb) and long-term rentals, translation

Full Job Description

The job is to work as a property manager for a single entrepreneur who owns 30 long-term rental properties and 3 short term rentals (Airbnb/Booking.com/Vrbo). You will work closely with the owner of the company. You will respond to guest inquiry, work with the cleaning team to make sure properties are always prepared to host new guests. Answer phones and respond to maintenance request though our management app tenantcloud.com. Many on our contractor team speaks Spanish but poor English so translation services will be needed

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Airbnb/Vrbo/Booking properties, order supplies and coordinate with clean team
• Manager long-term rentals to include lease, tenant communications, coordinate with service professionals for repairs
• Assist owner with English/Spanish translation especially when renovation properties

Job Requirements

• Must be a problem solver
• Good customer service skill
• Fast learner
• Some real estate management or customer service experience
